Natalie was very helpful and made finding the bed that we needed very easy. She understood our individual needs and focused on those beds. When we returned that evening Steve was equally helpful and we bought the bed and are currently awaiting delivery

The sales assistant Stephen was very welcoming, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. He made the overall experience of choosing and buying the right bed for us a pleasure rather than an arduous task.

We were initially browsing around the store when we were approached by a customer service advisor, Natalie, who certainly knew the products and was extremely helpful in helping us in our decision. Before we left she took the trouble to give us an exact price and measurements of the items we were looking at for our information and to help us decide exactly what we wanted. We went back this morning and made our purchase, once again Natalie was extremely helpful.

Good range of products. Plenty of space and time to test mattresses. Assistant informative and helpful whilst allowing space for us to test the products.

Visited the Store twice during making this purchase. Magnus was very helpful to ensure my needs would be met. After checking some measurements at home to see if the bed would fit the bed surrounds, returned to Store to be welcomed by Magnus who again was very helpful which resulted in the Order being placed.

Due to the extremely helpful and friendly staff that had a extensive product knowledge which enabled us to pick the correct mattress that matched our needs.

Made two visits to the Store before placing an order. Needed to check some dimensions. Magnus was very helpful without pressure to buy. A pleasure to do business with.

Steve and Magnus made our visit enjoyable, they were very efficient and they new their products very well. I was pleased with the service especially the cups of tea and coffee made for us. We were not rushed during our visit and we were treated with the upmost respect. The products were great value for money and there was no pressure selling.
