I was particualary pleased witht the access to the shop, being able to park right outside. The staff were friendly and available and no hard sales pitches. I was given a lot of options and advice. Very pleasant experience

I went to a bed shop on the same industrial estate before dreams. The staff where like lecturers and I also could not have my mattress delivered when I required.

A lady called Natalie came up and offered us assistance as soon as we entered the shop. We explained my wife`s medical needs to her and she gave us her opinion on which mattresses would suit our needs. Although we were initially only intending to look at mattresses, because of the help and information this lady gave us, we decided to make a purchase there and then. We then sat down to discuss delivery and was given a wait of three days which we thought was excellent. We came away very happy with our visit to your store and would most certainly recommend you to any friends and family.

As we walked round the store within a few minutes we were asked if we needed assistance. The employee was very helpful with good knowledge.

Had lots of advice on mattresses from a very helpful assistant he also helped carry our items to the van
