We wanted to make a purchase and the sales man (Steve) was very informative. He gave enough information and attention, without crowding us so we could make our decisions privately. Very happy with the service especially and also the products!

The young female assistant was friendly, and very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped us find exactly what we were after with a minimum of fuss. We had intended to shop around, but brought there and then. She is a credit to your company.

I very much liked the assistant, called Elizebeth, she was extremely helpful, informative and easy to talk to. The general store was also very clean and nice to purchase from, it gave us a clear view of the quality of your products. Also, I would like to add that we were very satisfied by how quick and easy it was to find a bed and order it with Elizebeth's help.

Steve, salesman, was very well informed, in particular about the Flaxby natural mattress, the price was good and he allowed me time to go away, recommended a cafe for a good coffee while I made the decision to purchase. I was also impressed at the quality of this natural mattress and pleased that it's made in the U.K. At no time did I get a 'hard sell', just courteous, intelligent service. Thank you.

The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This was our second visit to view the same product, and she remembered us from the first time. I made a valid point about your pricing system which she dealt with efficiently and cheerfully. Point: Why are all your prices in store false? The £39 delivery is on an A4 piece of paper above the desk, but should be either a) displayed on each item, eg £599 + £39 delivery, or b) £638 including delivery. You are misleading the public.

Elizabeth was very welcoming, she had a good knowledge of the product and explained it in a language that we could understand. We had previously looked at a bed in Harvey's so we went back to make compare the two products. We were not greeted in the showrooms and in the bed section there was no one to serve us so we walk out and went back to Elizabeth who sat us down made us a cup of coffee and very efficiently placed our order. Your showroom may not be as up market as Harvey's but the service far out ways that. Thanks to Elizabeth and her colleague .
