I was very pleased to be able to go on bed and then be told type of bed I need , the assistant was very helpful and I noticed she sprayed before and after I used it ! 👍 giving me a good safety feeling .

Very helpful member of staff who took time to understand my needs. No pressure to purchase. Everything was explained clearly and as a result I was very comfortable with my decision on the purchase of a mattress.

the assistant was able to advise in a positive way. I didn't feel railroaded into a choice in fact I was given a better option. I didn't feel I needed to buy the most extravagant option and was allowed to change my mind without coercion. The assistant was friendly and informative. Overall a pleasant experience.

We were greeted in a friendly manner, the sanitising station was well stocked and readily available, we told the assistant our needs and she explained the qualities of each mattress. We were left to try the comfort of the product but she was on hand to answer any queries we had.

Hi There I met Stephen on my entry to the shop. He helped me go through the machine to choose a bed. Was empathetic towards my kids and even gave my little girl a book to read. He totally went over and beyond the call of duty . We got to the right answer and he also helped me with the delivery. A great a employee and really can be commended.
