Made to feel our order was very important and as our grandson has issues in concentration was dealt with sympathetically.

As soon as we walked in the store assistance was available. We were helped,but not pressured into the choices we made.

I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store and left for a reasonable amount t of time to look around before being asked if I needed any help. I told the person asking me what I needed and what my budget was and I was out of the store with exactly what I needed within 30 minutes. Amazing!

Good selection of beds. The assistant was very helpful. My granddaughter was so excited to see so many beds so I bought one.

The assistant, Jenny, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the products. A good range of mattresses available at varying prices.

The service we received was fantastic, we were approached and supported without feeling pressured into our purchase. We were just left to browse and make a decision after we had been given the information we needed.

I think it was Paul that served us, he was an absolute complement to your store, his knowledge and friendly nature was second to none.

The chap who looked after us was very knowledgeable on the items we were looking at. He took his time and we felt not pressured into buying anything.

I was served with no delay. I had previously visited the store a week or so earlier and given a price for 2 single beds by Jenny who was very helpful
