Upon entering the store we were soon met by Natalie. She had a very bubbly personality. Natalie offered us her assistance and we explained that we already had a bed frame and we were just looking at buying a mattress. She then went on to explain the different mattress types and left us to browse at our own leisure. My husband was already distracted by the TVs beds by this time. When Natalie approached is again we had decided on the mattress for us. Out of curiosity we enquired about the to bed as it was on a special offer. Natalie was very helpful in explaining the features of the bed frame we were interested in and the finance options that would be available to us should we wish to take advantage of them. We soon decided that we were to treat ourselves to the new to bed and mattress which was on a massive deal saving £1000. When we sat down to go over the finer details we were made to feel very comfortable and offered a drink of tea or coffee. Our experience was extremely positive, at no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase. We wouldn't hesitate to return to dreams in the future! Thank you Natalie.

My husband and I had bought a previous bed, a Millbrook double mattress on a divan base, at a London Dreams store. We've now moved to Torquay and this time we wanted a larger size bed. Some months ago we visited the local Dreams and found Natalie to be exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Because our house was being decorated we didn't pursue the purchase at that time but three days ago we went to Dreams looking specifically with a firm, pocket sprung mattress, and a bed frame with a high end and legs so there is space below the bed (good Feng Shiu). Having researched on line, we liked the idea of a Nature's Finest mattress and asked Natalie to show us some. We chose the 6500 SK mattress CGT . Natalie then suggested the ideal bed frame - a Bruges SK B/S Walnut Sleigh Bed (sprung slats) which our carpernter can raise on blocks to our satifaction. We couldn't have had nicer or more efficient service. It make buying our bed a pleaseure and we are looking orward to delivery.
