Brilliant service fast and very friendly staff very helpful and friendly atmosphere and funny.

Friendly sales assistant who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is currently attempting to sort out the delivery as your systems appear to not be working properly and despite advertising Guaranteed delivery before christmas and showing delivery slots available, when she tried to book it it was not available until afyer christmas. Not very happy about that. The sales assistant is doing her best to get our bed on a delivery before christmas but if that does not happen i will be looking to cancel the order.

Natalie was available for information and questions but she left us alone while we were looking and dudn't hover over us.

Natalie was lovely and friendly, on talking about seeing the mattress I wanted online she offered a promotion for delivery before christmas to the bedroom at no extra charge. This was vastly helpful - being 8.5 months pregnant, it was 1 less worry. The delivery guys called first thing and advised 12-2pm slot and were here by 12.30. Fingers crossed I'll sleep well from here on in. Thank you.

Assistant, Elizabeth, was friendly & very helpful. My wife has acute rheumatoid arthritis so the purchase was linked to her specific needs. The advice we received was excellent & supportive

I find it difficult to make up my mind on certain purchases. I had put off buying a double bed and mattress for 4 years since moving into my new home which is not easily accessible by large vehicles. The assistant assured me there would be no problem with delivery as the area I live in is known to the delivery staff. The assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable so I was happy to go ahead with purchasing a bed and mattress.

From walking through the door to leaving,the service was excellent.Staff very helpful and informative.New the products and was very helpful when helping us decide on the mattress that we required due to my wife's back condition.

This was an excellent expereince. Our assistant was friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgable of the products and spent considerable time ensuring she understood our needs. The quality of the beds seems to be of a vry high standard and there is plenty of choice at all levels.
