pleasant member of staff dealing with me(Natalie) and advising of options available to me

We have dealt with Natalie before and again she proved to be a very knowledgeable assistant,and made our buying experience very enjoyable and special. We accepted the offer of a cup of tea or coffee, and my husband lay on the bed we chose whilst I dealt with the purchase. Prior to our joint visit I had been into the store and Natalie assisted me in showing me the headboards that are to the floor. I had my new bedroom wallpaper with me, and when I saw a headboard that i thought would go with it Natalie held it behind the headboard for me to take a photo.

I was welcomed in and directed to what I was looking for without being shown products I was not interested in. There was no pressure selling and I got exactly what I wanted.

We changed our mind on a specific bed and mattress and the sales assistant was very accommodating and took time to discuss both options

I have already completed a survey but Elizebeth Thornton was very knowledgeable about all products and she understood my specific requirements. She explained everything to me. She is a credit to your company and was friendly happy smart and made us feel important to her.

The assistant, Elizabeth was very helpful. Gave us all the information and advice we asked for. Other members of staff also very pleasant, we were offered tea/coffee whilst we were making our purchase.

The information received during our visit was most helpful.

Salesman, Stephen, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery won't be until Monday but hopefully will arrive as expected. The coffee was a nice touch and much appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

the sale person was very good, no pressure was felt by me to buy anything and he did very well by living us to talk and make a decision. very pleasant.
