Dreams - Torquay

We originally fancied a memory foam mattress and found Natalie at Torquay Dreams to be exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We eventually changed our minds completely and bought a 6500 pocket sprung Flaxby Super King mattress with a Bruges solid walnut sleigh bed. Despite all our dithering and wavering, Natalie always seemed pleased to see us and answered all our questions intelligently - as though she had nothing else in the world to do. Her ability to benevolently focus is rare, perhaps especially rare in those who have to continually deal with the vagaries of the general public. It made buying our bed, mattress and linen a really pleasurable experience. Thank you.

The saleswoman, Natalie, was extremely helpful and courteous. We have been to Dreams for beds and mattresses for the last 4 years in a row and we have always dealt with Natalie We looked at a number of mattresses and discussed our needs in a lot of detail. We were very pleased with the price and the 0% financing deal through Creation Finance who we have also found very helpful in the past. This purchase made our day!

The assistant in the store Natalie, was so friendly and helpful. She helped us find exactly the right mattress for us with good information about each type but never pushy. She was excellent.

The safe at the Dreams Store Torquay we're really polite and easy to deal with. The product is great and meets all of our needs and more! Product quality is second to none. :)

We were approached by a friendly assistant, Elizabeth, who was very knowledgeable. She was not pushy but gave us the choices of mattresses to enable us to make the correct decision, for our requirements. We were not looking forward to choosing and purchasing a new bed, but found the whole experience smooth and satisfying. We also ended up purchasing a double bed for our daughter, from Elizabeth, the following day!

I was highly satisfied because me and my mum were looking for a new matteress for myself, and I have several health problems which cause me to spend a lot of time in bed unfortunately. I've had my current matteress for nearly 10 years now and it's got a huge dip in the middle. Elizabeth came over to us. She was polite and very friendly. She asked if there was anything she could help us with, and once we explained what we were looking for and why she talked us through all the different kind of matteress and which ones were better for each kind of person and what would probably be better for me. She did not push us one bit, we felt very at ease and as if we could ask her anything we needed to. Once I had decided on one which is an amazing matteress, we went to sort out the payments side of things. We sat and had a chat and everything was explained properly to me about all of the finance and things like that. I walked out of the shop a very happy customer, thanks to Elizabeth.

We bought our last bed from here and we were happy with the product and the service. Friendly, knowledgable salesperson (Steve) who gave us all the guidance we needed without being too 'Pushy'. He even helped by finding us a pair of wooden supports for a headboard we had for our current bed and had been unable to use. Very helpful.

I was offered assistance quickly and Stephen answered all my questions . He was pleasant and efficient . I was able to buy exactly what I wanted and I felt the service given was friendly and helpful throughout my visit

The shop massistance was very helpful and nothing was to much answered all are qestions in full and made the sale we wanted at a good price was in and paid up with the matress ordered to a convenient delivery date all explained t&c s and left the store within 20 minutes .excellent service from an excellent sales person well done Dreams ;-)
