Dreams - Torquay

We visited the store with the intention of purchasing a new mattress. We received very thorough advice from Steve on all aspects of the mattresses they had in store and in particular on the mattress we eventually decided to purchase.

It was late in the day, but the service was excellent. We didn't feel pressured or hurried and Steve told us to take as long as we needed. He explained the qualities of the mattresses we were interested in without sales jargon so that we could make an informed decision.

Customer service was friendly and efficient, were given plenty of help and information.

The type of matters sets available was explained to us by Steve and we were then left to try the products in our own time. When we were ready to make a purchase advice was given were appropriate. We were very satisfied with the attention given to us.

The sales assistant in Torquay, Elizabeth, was most helpful and successfully matched our needs to the product which was competitively priced. At no time did she try to persuade us towards a particular bed and mattress but gave us time to consider a range of beds and left us with the feeling that we had come to the best decision. We do not usually recommend retailers to our friends but on this occasion we will be happy to do so.

The store assistant was very helpful & she gave us an option we had not thought of, well done.

The colour coding was explained. We were assisted but not given pressure. Our price range was taken into consideration and no pressure to go higher but show us the best range for our budget.

Steve the assistant was very..Very good at explaining to us how the eight different mattress style and make ups work for each comfort level, The store was warm,light and comfortable to shop in, Once we had chosen our style of Therapur bed and pillows Steve made us at ease during our purchase.
