Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Pleasure to shop there. We visited the store twice and both times the staff were attentive and helpful but not "in your face". Time was given and s question asked st the beginning about whether we needed help or were happy to look around and ask for it when we needed. I can't comment on the product but impressed with your staff. Well done.

We were given the friendly advice that we needed and allowed to browse. Then returned to after some browsing time. Once we had decided after a little more information, the sale was quick and painless.

We visited your store and had intentions of visiting two other bed suppliers, needless to say we didn't get to the other stores as we were very impressed on the beds you had to offer. Natalie was very welcoming and helped us to make our decision on the bed we chose, through her product knowledge and excellent customer service. we answered many questions regarding coil springs, gel topper, head board etc and she answered all of them with patience and making us feel we were under no obligation to make a decision on the day. We made our decision based on the fact Natalie helped us find the right bed for us by listening to what we wanted and we felt no pressure at any point throughout the sale. Your forty sleep night guarantee on the top of excellent customer service helped us make our decision. our three year old daughter also felt welcome and enjoyed trying out the beds with us. Can't wait for our delivery date.
