Sales assistant was very nice, approachable and had great product knowledge along with understanding our needs and concerns.

Elizabeth was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She oriented us well and then left us alone to make our product purchase, without hovering around. We were able to try out all of the options and come to our own conclusions without feeling in any way pressured. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Elizabeth our assistant was the perfect sales woman....she introduced herself explained how everything worked then left us alone to make our own decision so we didn't feel pressured. On completing our purchase she went through everything and made us aware of all added benefits....eg cover etc. All in all a very good experience

Having tried 3 other shops with regard to purchasing a new mattress, one of which was dreams. We both found the staff at a competitive price. The process can become very complicated. Steve and colleagues at the Torquay 279 branch was great.

We knew from previous purchases that we would be able to get what we needed but on this visit, we needed a bed immediately due to family illness. Elizabeth was fantastic, helpful and practical.
