From the minute we walked into store we were greeted by Elizabeth who was a delight to deal with, because of her help and advice we actually bought many more items than we originally intended. Thank you Elizabeth for a lovely shopping experience, you are a credit to the store

Staff were really friendly. I am a Retail Manager & I would gladly have either of the ladies that helped us worki for me. They were both knowledgable, friendly & neither were too pushy - a pet hate of mine!!! We were really pleased with the great price cuts available, allowing us to trade up to a far superior product than what we had originally planned to purchase. Also took advantage of the half price deal on pillows & found the additional warranty / cover for £45 to be great value.

The store was very clean & well arranged. The prices were affordable, & we were served by Natalie who was super friendly & helpful. Her knowledge of the products available & what would suit us best was outstanding.

The lady at Torquay was so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I visited 3/4 times before buying and not once was I made to feel awkward or like I was wasting her time. I would definitely recommend Dreams as have been very impressed with customers service received. Thank you.

The Customer Service Colleague Natalie was brilliant, friendly, helpful, superb product knowledge and most of all she had a sense of humour. Would recommend her anytime.

The sales assistant was supportive and knowledgeable but did not pressurise.

Well trained, knowledgeable staff. Gentleman who served us was very polite. Store was tidy and clean - pity some of your customers weren't at all responsible (child jumping on a bed with shoes on !!).
