We were given time to browse and then given one to one attention, my wife explained her back problems and the lady led to her several beds to try for this and explained the differences and encouraged her to lie on various styles and various price ranges. She swapped pillows so that my wife had an orthopaedic memory foam cushion similar to the one she has at home. She gave my wife a glass of water to take her medication. We were greeted pleasantly on arrival and asked if we would like assistance. Our shop assistant was very knowledgable of the products and was able to establish the firmness that we required. We only required a mattress as we had purchased a lift up base from Dreams 3 years before and the mattress we bought from another company at that time had failed badly. For peace of mind we bought the 8 years guarantee with the mattress. We asked if this mattress would be in any upcoming sale as nearly all the others had up to half price off and was told no this mattress is never discounted.
