Staff were very attentive, they changed the 10 month payback to 20 months for us.

There were no hold ups or hitches with my order. Prompt service in store and delivery as expected.

The shop colleague was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time assisting us. He was very very helpful.

The shop door was locked when I arrived. It was lucky the staff noticed me at the door or I would have gone to the bed store opposite. There was a gale force winds that day and the door being blown open was causing items to be blown around, hence it having to be locked for a small time. The door being blown open could have caused injury to someone too. The store could do with a new door! Staff placed an explanatory note on the door and luckily the storm passed quickly.

Our assistant was so helpful nothing was too much trouble, she gave us time to look at all the products, made sure we knew she was there if we needed anything. and took the time and trouble to ensure we were happy and double checked all the time

Myself and husband were very satisfied with the prompt and friendly service we received.
