Very good service from Natalie as usual.

Assisstant was very helpful and I felt really at ease trying and retrying the mattresses. Ease of ordering and arranging delivery. I was helped to identify what I was looking for and then shown a range of products that were suitable, but not too many which I found helpful as I would then have felt it difficult to make a decision

The store was well laid out with plenty of choice. The assistant Stephen was very helpful with the different choices available and we were very impressed

We had visited a few mattress stores, and the lady who helped us at DreAms, Torquay was by far the most helpful. She was friendly, understood exactly what we wanted and showed us exactly what was available. I was very happy with the price of the mattress (it was reduced on the sale), but I was surprised that the delivery charge was £39 and the fee to remove our existing mattress was also £39 - other stores offered these for round £25 each.

Salesperson Natalie was very helpful and pleasant, knew all about products .

We received help and guidance throughout our visit and came away thoroughly satisfied we had purchased the right product for our needs as Steve, the sales advisor, was extremely knowledgeable not only about the products themselves but also about how we sleep, how important it is to select the right thing and how different mattresses can affect different people e.g. how you sleep, your frame etc. etc. In no way did we feel pressurised at all into making a purchase, in fact at several points during our visit Steve would go away to leave us to "think about it". We were made extremely welcome and even had a cup of coffee whilst he put the order together! All in all it was a successful and productive visit and we cannot wait for delivery of our new bed!

Natalie was amazingly friendly, related to my needs and understood the problems i faced. She found me the ideal bed within minutes.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products, in particular the mattresses we were looking at and took a lot of time explaining the function and differences of each. He showed us how to test the products for our long term comfort and observed how we lay on each bed and how the mattresses supported us. At no time did we feel pressurised into making a purchase and we were impressed by the time he spent with us He was easy and friendly to deal with and we came away completely satisfied we had made the right choice of purchase

Assistant very helpful with initial phone call. Everything was as she described when I later visited the shop. Very helpful colleague - showed us the options. Wanted to take a product with us and were offered a very good price for the mattress we bought. This was after time taken to go through the options.
