My wife and I are in our 80's and often find it a daunting task when attempting to make a decision in respect of purchasing items such as this, where our knowledge of such goods are very limited, but on this occasion our fears proved to be groundless due to the help and support we were given by an assistant named Elizabeth who was wonderful. She was extremely patient and spent a great deal of time listening to us, helping us enormously in our final choice.

Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed us a range of mattresses to suit our needs Natasha had sold us a bed in November and gave just as excellent a service then

We found the service very good , we were not rushed, we were given good product information, and the coffee was verygood.

The store was laid out in a colour co-ordinated way so we could immediately dismiss beds that were not what we were looking for. Fortunately the store was not busy and two colleagues helped us at two different times during our visit.

Elizabeth was very helpful, down to earth and not false!! We found her to be very polite.

The information supplied helped me confirm that the type of bed and ancilliary items purchased would meet my requirements fully.
