I managed to find the product I was looking for in no time and very swift ordering process. I also liked the fact that I was not pestered by sales staff from the moment I walked through the door, albeit they were there when needed.

Went to benson for beds first, the salesman didn't basically didn't give a sh*t if we got what we wanted or not, so we walked out, your Torquay store is just across the car park, we were clearly given good service, by staff that was interested in what we wanted, so you got my order, plain and simple

From the moment we entered the store to the moment we left nothing was too much trouble. Steve was exemplary in everything he did. His knowledge, clarity of product and pleasant and not too pushy approach was fabulous. We left without buying in order to look around other stores. We looked at 3 other places who were nowhere near as efficient or pleasant to deal with. Brilliant service, plus we visited on the last day of your sale without knowing, an added bonus.

Natalie was superb, she gave me great customer service and a lot of time to make my decision. Natalie had great product knowledge and was able to answer my questions instantly and confidently. I did not have a lot of choice of super-king beds, but I am very happy with the Como in silver that I chose. The delivery date is for 3.5 weeks, which is ample time for me to make the arrangements at home ready for my new bed. I can not stress enough how helpful and friendly Natalie was, she made me feel very welcome.

Natalie approached us as we were looking at a frame. She talked us through several different mattress types. She was not pushy or trying to close a sale. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and polite. Once we decided to buy the bed and the mattress she informed us of the 40 night guarantee. Whilst writing up the sale we also bought a duvet, 4 pillows and 2 sets of bedding! The delivery time was amazingly quick and Natalie even talked me through how to assemble the frame myself! Fantastic!!
