Elizabeth was very friendly, understood our needs and knew her products. It was east and quick to look, decide and order, especially with 2 young children in tow!

The lady who was on duty was very helpful, gave me plenty of time with no "Hasslement". She was very polite with a very pleasant personality and a good understanding of how to be helpful without being overbearing.

The assistant was very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. He was not pushy, just gave us all the Information we needed and let us decide what was best for us.

The salesman Steve showed us various beds and to try the different mattresses and explained about each mattress type. He checked delivery dates and removal of old bed.

Elizabeth, the assistant who served us was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. She approached us quickly when we entered the store, although we did not feel that she 'pounced' on us. At the time of entering the store, we were the only customers, but Elizabeth left us to look initially. She was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and was able to answer our questions.
