I was very pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable service that we received. Elizebeth was not at all pushy and offered us all the advice we needed to make a confident purchase... Three mattresses (one for every bedroom we have!). We left the store happy that we had made an informed choice to suit our needs. Many thanks. I am not very often as impressed with sales staff.

The assistant, Elizabeth, was very friendly and helpful. She explained all about the different types of mattresses and beds AND even moved the mattresses round so we could try them on different types of base. She explained about the 8year maintenance offer and the purchase procedure without pressurising. The whole experience was a good one. We feel, in conjunction with Elizabeth's information, we have made the right purchase! Elizabeth gave us a validation code: 279.

The sales assistant was very helpful and not too pushy which we don't like, she took enough time to listen to our requirements, explained what was available and then left us to make our decision. Once we had decided to place an order the process of doing so was quick and easy and delivery arranged at the same time.

We were served by Elizabeth in the Torquay store and were very pleased with the excellent levels of service we received.

Visited by chance just to see what was available for bases and came out with a lovely bed frame that was on offer.

Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful and found us the mattress we needed. We will be back in a couple of months for another mattress, once we have moved house.
