We were allowed to brouse, but also offered assistance as & when we required it. Our only criticism is the price offers are not clear. Other than that, a great experience, especially the south African assistant, (apologies, I cannot remember her name), was just lovely.

Steve the sales assistant was very friendly. He welcomed us to the store then let us brows around without feeling hassled. But when we needed advice he was there with all his knowledge to help.

We dealt with Natalie, who was fantastic. She was able to answer all our questions with ease. She was very attentive, but also knew when to leave us to chat so we didn't feel pressured into anything.

The gentleman that served us gave no pressure or hard sell in fact it took us three visits before we purchased and at each time very helpful

I found what I was looking for good quality of product at a reasonable price and got it delivered to suit me. Excellent customer service with excellent knowledge of product. All in all a most enjoyable shop
