Dreams - Torquay

As we entered the shop we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who was very helpful with our queries about bed sizes. She had very good product knowledge and was able to advise us on a range of different beds and mattresses that suited our needs. We were able to browse around the shop after hearing all the options without feeling pressured into buying. After having a look around we then returned to Elizabeth and decided to buy both the bed and mattress there and then. Delivery options were great, we could of had this sooner but due to work commitments had to opt for the week after. The option to have our old bed and mattress removed is an excellent ad on at a very reasonable price. Overall cannot fault the service of this store and we are very pleased and will definitely recommend.

Lady in store gave great advice re. Headrest for our son, I had gone in to look at one I'd seen online but it wasn't in stock, however she was able to tell me more about how it felt which helped me know it wasn't right for him and helped us pick out a more suitable one.

hi we were greated by steve who was extremely helpful talking us through the entire range of mattress. we felt happy not bombarded with the usual sales platter. the shop was clean and well layed out with easy colour coding for different types of mattress which really helps narrow down the one your looking for. the check out process was also effortless and quick. this resulted in a sale which we were really happy with, especially as we have the comfort of knowing we can change the matteress if it is quite right.

Very helpful sales assistant gave us plenty of time to look at the options before we made a decision on what mattress to buy. We did not feel pressurised at any time, if we had we would not have made a purchase.

Elizabeth was a delight to chat with. Her knowledge of the bedding was remarkable. She exerted no buying pressure at all. New Zealand should be proud of her (and so should Dreams).

The sales assistant was helpful but not pushy, just the right balance. After a bad experience purchasing a be in the past it was a pleasure.

Efficiient and friendly

Myself and husband,have recently stayed in a Premier Inn, and had the best nights sleep, we only purchased our last mattress in December,but have found it to be very hard. So we decided to visit dreams to see what was available, we were greeted by Steve! I don't like the pushy sales helpers, but he certainly wasn't that, I explained our situation, and he pointed us in the right direction, explaining what colours represented which type of bed. We ended being in there 1 hour! Steve was on hand for every question I threw at him,! So after we had finally decided on our mattress,we decided to up grade to a king sized! Which meant we would need a new frame as well....again the advice we received was fantastic, we have always had wood framed, but ended up trying something more modern, so as of next Friday, only 7 days for delivery, which is fantastic, we will be the new owners of a new bed and mattress,and of course new pillows, bed set etc :) we were given the option of the insurance on both items, which is a great idea with 2 small children. I loved the 40 day mattress exchange idea as well, we have nothing to loose! So thank you Dreams!
