Excellent Salesperson well informed and friendly but not intrusive.

The salesperson was friendly and not pushy, starting by just explaining where things were and then leaving us to try out the beds. I liked the colour coding stystem in store. When we went back with questions they were fully answered but I didn't feel pressured to buy. The sales assistant made it seem that us getting the right bed was more important than making a sale.

Told the assistant what I needed and she found it and fully understood my needs.

Our assistant Natalie was probably the MOST caring helpful and conscientious assistant i have ever encountered. She displayed excellent customer care skills with our daughter (aged 6) who accompanied us for the purchase, made sure we had exactly the products we required and phoned us the next day as there was one small detail not exactly to our requirements. I called back to say that was ok and she still followed our telephone message with a callback even though this was not strictly necessary. This gave me a completely relaxed feeling that the care with which she had been trained, would follow through the entire transaction.

As we entered the store we was greeted by friendly staff, we had children with us and we was offered cold drinks for the children. When we was interested in a TV bed the sales assistant (Steve) was very knowledgeable and helpful, we was happy with the value and the bed.

Ordered and delivered within 5 days

Entered the store and within 1 minute was approached by staff (natalie) and asked if i knew what i was looking for or needed help. I stated that I wanted a bed but wasnt sure of type, she asked a few questions to determine what type of mattress i wanted and informed me to try green colour mattresses. She then left me to try them, after a while she came back to me and asked whether I had found something suitable, I wasnt sure, she asked if I had tried one, which I hadnt, so I did. This was the one I purchased, we then went through types of bases and headboards. Natalie was totally professional, very knowledgeable and a joy to be served by.

Elizabeth the assistant was very helpful and courteous.
