Instantly welcomed in the store and pointed towards some best sellers and sale items. The assistants were not at all pushy, and very clear and concise with their product information. They offered a good opinion on our needs and allowed us free time to select and try out our favoured mattresses. Overall, very helpful, cheerful and competent in their service delivery. Would recommend to many others.

I had purchased two single mattresses previously from Dreams and was very satisfied firstly with the help given to us by our consultant Stephen and secondly by the quality of the product, so when it came to ordering a bed for my daughter we knew where to go. Stephen was very knowledgeable and steered us into making the right choice of bed. I will going back to Dreams again in the near future for a double bed and, of course to see Stephen.

Steve looked after us very well, with a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Able to compare various products on site and benefit from delivery within a short timescale at a competitive price. Easy to park.

We had prompt, friendly and efficient service. The assistant was able to answer our questions. He did not try the hard sell or to upsell, though he did go through all the spiels regarding insurance cover etc. We were able to complete our purchase quickly. All in all it was a very good experience.

Elizabeth was very helpful and patianet we have small children so it can be difficult to make a large purchase because the kids want attention, elizebeth spoke to the children while I discussed options with my wife, without this we would not have been able to make a descion

Was seved by a lady who was really helpful, listened to me when i explain it was for my 13yr old son. When i told her the bed i liked by price discription she knew the exact bed to detail. I found that amazing. I will be returning next month for another one for my younger son who has autism and says he loves his brother new bed and would like one. Considering he doesnt like big changes like that im really pleased
