Dreams - Torquay

We were very happy with the service by the lady in Dreams, I cannot remember her name but she was from New Zealand. She was friendly but professional and answered all questions we needed. We purchased the Ottoman Slate TV Bed and the Wakefield D Mattress. The lady showed us all the functions off the bed which helped us to decide on this particular one. We were offered insurance which we took out too. All in all we had not just a visit to the store but we actually enjoyed the time spent in there too feeling very at ease.

Immediate attention by staff, however did not feel pressurised.

a choice of different qualities and prices. five different mattress constuctions, identified by a colour coded system made it easy to understand and choose on comfort and price,with accompanying leaflet.

Upon entering the store, within 2 minutes I was approached by a member of staff. I'd seen the bed I wanted online so showed it to her and asked her to point it out. She know exactly where it was and what variations I could get. She showed me the correct size and firmness of mattress I wanted, then demonstrated the differing amount of storage I could purchase. She had great product knowledge but the sale was not forced. No part of it felt like a hard sale, she was genuinely there just to help me as a customer. I am very impressed and will definitely be recommending dreams. I would like to commend Natalie from dreams in Torquay for her great customer service and overall helpfulness and friendliness.

Everything meet or exceeded our expectations

Frame we wanted was not available in store due to being part of clearence sale... store colleague put us in touch with closest store on the phone to do a telesale..above and beyond the expectations!

Helpful staff and didn't pressure us into buying and listen to our needs and wants

Excellent range of products helpfully laid out in groups in the store. The assistant was courteous and attentive, had excellent product knowledge and balanced his time spent talking to us and leaving us alone to discuss between ourselves. We did not feel pressured and were given the 'space' to make a decision.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly, very personable and did not push us towards the most expensive thing but what we needed.

The excellent service we received from Elizabeth who served us made this purchase and visit a pleasure.
