The customer assistant who worked with us to find the perfect mattress and pillows to meet our needs was incredibly helpful and diligent to help find the best for us. We were given her full attention and advice regarding the quality of the products and the benefits of each style. I was very impressed with the hospitality shown

Steve was very helpful polite and knowledgeable on all aspects of Dreams products. He set us up on bed simulation machine that measures your profile and pressure points and gives a print out for matching you to a mattress very good technology and only took 3 minutes. He went that out of his way to make our trip to the store that more comfortable not to sure on his coffee making though.😉. It was a shame that we had to return the next day to sign paperwork due to technical issues with the finance company. Would highly recommend Dreams store Torquay and will be returning for another mattress soon.

The sales person was attentive but not too pushy, allowing us to breathe, and make choices in our own time.

As soon as I went into the store, Stephen asked if I wanted any help. I’m sure if I’d said, no, he would have left me alone. However, I did need help and I told him what I wanted from a mattress, with that, he gave me a pillow and I went and laid on several beds until I found the one that suited. He told me about the protocol regarding, disposing of the old mattress and booked a date that suited which is only a couple of weeks away, not months.

I was at a loss to know what product to purchase but helpful staff put me on track
