The colleague attending to us was extremely knowledgable, spent time finding out our specific needs and was able to demonstrate the relative mattress formats, yet was not "pushy" in his manner. A bright and clean showroom made the visit a pleasant one.

Service was friendly and not at all pushy. Natalie was extremely polite and friendly and her knowledge was excellent

I wasn't initially looking forward to choosing a mattress with my 19 year old princess daughter who wanted a mattress 'NOW'! But with the assistance of knowledgable and intuitive female shop assistant at dreams torquay the whole process was stress free and even enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to buy another mattress soon for my own bed as this is on my own shopping list.

Sales assistant, Steve, was very helpful. He was not pushy. We were able to spend as long as we wanted laying on several beds with no pressure to hurry up or buy. It was a very pleasant experience.

Assistant showed us a choice of beds to suit our needs (cool gel topping) because we get very hot during night sleeps. She also showed us different varieties of beds to compare with.

It was a very good experience shopping in the Dreams store in Torquay. I went at the end of the day and Steve, the assistant, was patient and extremely helpful. I was also very impressed at the speed of the delivery date after I had placed the order
