I was very happy ,approached by a very nice lady called Natalie ,as I had done my research before coming to the store I knew what I wanted .she was helpful in every way and explained the difference and the offers very helpful and nice lady .The only negative experience I had was the overall look of the store ,as you entered the store you where faced with the horrible colours of green and mustard foot guards on the bottom of each beds and the layout of the beds in store made it look like a second hand shop ,it was an unpleasant experience for the eye ,I had been told by a colleague how awful the lay out of the shop was and it did put me off visiting ,but as I knew what I wanted and your price was cheaper than most I bought ,but it did put them off buying and they bought from across the road ,visual is a big part of desire .ps as you lay on the mattress to test the comfort you are faced with a massive hole in the roof .

I've already bought one bed from here and loved it so much when we needed another we bought exactly the same one to replace our main bed. We're guaranteed a good night's sleep and your staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Thanks

The assistant Steve was very helpful & explained everything to us when we told him what we were looking for, we came two days in a row & never felt rushed into making a sale which was great because hard sell really puts me off. He was very informative without being pushy. Well done to him
