Dreams - Torquay

I was able to find the mattress I needed and given the time to test out the mattresses. Although I have not yet received the mattress I am sure it will be perfect for me.

I felt under no pressure. There was assistance when needed but no pushy sales talk which I appreciated, I would have been straight out the door if pressured at all. Also the salesman had good knowledge of the product we were looking at which is a breath of fresh air these days.

Please pass on our thanks esp to Stephen and Lee who delivered the mattress whichwas collected from Andover - they could not have been any more courteous. Shoes off at the door without asking, etc. A Top Team!!

The assistant came over to us while we were just starting to browse and he understood our needs immediately. He gave me a range of options and within 10 minutes we had ordered the bed. Very good service, very polite, and helpful. Also, pleased with the delivery time and being given a 2-hour window for delivery.

Elizabeth could not have been more helpful and informative of the products available in the store of which a mattress was the main reason for our visit. She made us coffee and left us to try out the various makes and after looking after a couple of other customers came back to make sure we were ok. On making our choice we were soon sorted out with a prompt del date within a week home del was organised and disposal of the old mattress. All in all a very pleasant experience. We were really impressed by her knowledge of the products on sale and would not hesitate to return to the store for further purchases and recommend to friends and family to make a visit and ask for her by name. Steve's customer service was brilliant he was approachable, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, he assisted us in a professional manner, he was not pushy or trying to sell us something that we didn't want or at an extautinate price but sold us items that actually met our needs. We had visited the store the day previously and then visited a different bed centre afterwards but due to Steves customer service from the day previous that is why we returned to Dreams. The delivery time has been really good and if the quality of the items are as good as they appeared to be when we chose them we will be extremely happy customers and will have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to others.

Staff product knowledge was informative Sales technique was not too pressured, but offered good advice and options Sales chap had a very pleasant manner, very likeable,mi felt that he understood our needs and offered good advice on the tempur products.
