I turned up after closing time , I thought you were open until 8 ☹️. The girl who was working was just about to leave but let us in and spent half hour with us. She was very patient and treated us like any other customer after she had obviously had a long day. I think her name was Elizabeth ( please check if possible and thank her ) she was a great ambassador for your company and excelled in customer satisfaction. Something rarely found these days. We went back the next day and placed order which was very swift and easy. She had left a note in diary for her colleagues and we were in and out in 5 mins with new mattress in order. Top job , top service. Will always use you from now on. Already got family heading down there soon to buy their new beds. Thank you.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Natalie approached us and asked if we needed help and when we said we were browsing she left us in peace to do so and did not crowd us as others do (just hate that and usually walk out) when we needed help she was there and explained to us about our chosen mattress and was very friendly and we completed the sale and on walking out we remarked to each other as to what a pleasant experience we had been given

Very knowledgeable assistant Elizabeth who took time to understand what we were looking for and advised accordingly. She was very patient, a good listener and prepared to tolerate customers who have had real problems with beds from elsewhere in the past. Reasonable range of products.

We were extremely impressed with the quality of customer service from Elizabeth, she was extremely helpful and took time showing us how the bed and the integrated TV system works, she even provided a demo of the TV so we could see the quality of it. She went through different options available and nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to your team. Please pass this feedback to her. Great customer service.

Elizabeth has exactly the right approach - not pushy, but immediately aware of our presence and demonstrated a full knowledge of the product. She was able to offer reasoned logic as to which of our final choice (between 2) would best suit our requirements. The order process was quick and efficient and the final run through of everything, including t&c's very clearly explained.
