Dreams - Torquay

I was delighted to find that Dreams bed department was on the ground floor as I had to be wheeled in to look at beds. I also was delighted to find room between beds for the wheelchair to be pushed and to find such a nice clean airy place. The young lady assistance who attended to me and my friends was extremely helpful to us and we left Dreams feeling very satisfied, I am looking forward to my bed.

The staff member was very helpful as our order as a little complicated as it was ordering a replacement. We were given all the h do we needed and had £100 discount added due to the complications we had.

The sales rep Natalie was very helpful without being pushy. She responded to questions and gave us space to think about our purchase. she was also tolerant of our children and made them feel welcome with a drink! Please can you pass this feedback to her.

I was greeted and felt welcome to look around your extensive range of beds. I then returned the following day and made very welcome by a very knowledgable gentleman, who explained the benefits of the bed I had chosen. I knew by that time what I wanted , so the sale didn't take very long. He showed me various headboards and samples- again given good choice. The transaction was very simple and straight forward. On checking receipt at home, I couldn't understand exactly what discount I had been given but on returning to the store, your employee carefully explained it to me. I have no complaints about the service, staff etc and can't wait to receive my new bed soon. All good. Only thing I could think to improve would be lay out of receipt to make it clearer what, if any discount was applied and to what.

The store was quiet at the time of our visit so this was probably an advantage . However that does not detract in any way from the service we received which was helpful , informative and friendly.

The lady who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds. She was immediately able to tell us which beds were available in the size and specifications we were after and was then able to order it for delivery straight away.

Very Nice & large selection of well presented beds, easy to look around the beds & Elizabeth said we may lay on several to see which was the best for my wife & myself. Having tried so many, We new the one for us and made the choice straight away.

Staff in the shop were very good, they were helpful without being pushy, even gave us a coffee. Elizabeth very knowledgable on products.
