The look of the store was inviting. Each member of staff were polite and very helpful in helping us find the right bed. Due to the store being busy we were given tea/coffee whilst we wait to place our order. The store couldn't do enough for us.

We found the item we wanted very easily and liked the price, it was very good value compared to similar items in other stores we had looked in. The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful and took us to another part of the shop to look at the item we wished to purchase in different colours. We subsequently changed our minds and purchased the item in an alternative colour.

The options available for our requirements were clearly explained and we were able to test the product. Making the purchase was quick and simple, once we had made our choice.

We purchased a bed from another well known company and there after sales was disgraceful. When we visited your store in Torquay Steve was so helpful ,he explained how to differentiate between the types of mattress and a brief description on how they were made,he then left us alone to try as many as we wanted.We ended up buying a mattress for twice the price we had planned and two very good pillows but we are happy with that because we got just what we need with the help of the lovely STEVE.

The salesman was very knowledgable but not at all pushy and was friendly. I felt he was on my side.

I wanted a new matters for my bed, I did not realize that it is allot moor then I was thinking of spending.( last one was 10 or 12 years old.) so the prices are allot moor now. but I got it on a 20 month interest free and hoping it will be good and solve some of my back issues.

Steve assisted us without any due pressure and advised us in an outstanding manner. His knowledge was most impressive and the choose of bed available was superb, no need to shop elsewhere as the stock available was superior. It was appreciated having been given a cup of coffee was a warm welcoming thought. Many thanks to all the staff at Dreams
