Dreams - Torquay

We were served by an assistant called Steve who couldn't do enough for us, his product knowledge was great and he was able to show us alternatives so that we could narrow down the choices to the bed that we eventually bought. We were then invited to sit down when we had made our choice and were offered tea and coffee whilst we completed the sale. Steve was vey jolly and had a great sense of humour, I would certainly recommend Dreams at Torquay to my friends and will continue to shop there in the future, Thanks you very much for a great experience.

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me choose right mattresses for bunk beds. Made a lovely cup of tea and was not "pushy". highly recommend

The assistant was quick to come to our and was most helpful and knowledgeable.

Wonderful help on the phone, having slept on the mattress the day before at a friends I knew exactly what I wanted and the girl on the phone was excellent.

From our first contact with the colleague she was most helpful. She explained the difference between the beds & helped us to make our decision. The thing that swung it for us was that tha ability to deliver within 6 days.

Helpful member of staff showed mattresses that were suitable and within budget stated.

Stephen knew what he was talking about he wasn't in your face ,we were offered a hot drink whilst looking around.he went through all the variables in general he was very helpful and polite well done Stephen
