The sales person made the purchase easy with advice etc.

The sales assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgable but also left us privacy to discuss our thoughts and decision. He was not pushy and we felt comfortable being able to leave to do further research and then return and place our order.

when we entered the shop we were met with a sea of mattresses and had no idea where to start. Steve approached us and explained the colour coding which then gave us an idea of what we were looking for. We explained we needed a harder mattress due to my husband's chronic back condition and he directed us to the suitable options. He even showed us the bargains that had just been reduced. He further explained about the amount of springs, something we were totally unaware of and encouraged us to try out the different mattresses with the different types of springs. We were very interested in a mattress with 4,000 springs that had only just been reduced and kindly put this onto a bed frame for us to try. Our mind was then made up. Having decided we discussed delivery and he then went on to offer this along with some extras which ended up with a mattress cover and pillows. The service was more than excellent. We were well overdue at buying a new mattress and having looked totally confused at entering the shop Steve made the process so much easier that we thought due to his knowledge. Thank you Dreams

the assistant Natalie was very friendly, patient and gaves us information on the product we were looking for. She did not try to rush us or try to incourage us to buy something we did not need. She gave us all the information we needed in regards to the % interest free credit I cannot give feed back on the actual mattress as this is not being delivered until the 3rd December 2016

Because the assistant Steve was very helpful but not in your face. He would leave you to think but would say ' I am just over there ' so was helpful with vg product knowledge but not overpowering.........excellent.

Went to more than one store. Given lots of help but also left to browse when we needed. Got a good price on our final selection

We visited Dreams Torquay today and were helped by Natalie. A lovely lady. She was very polite and welcoming without being overbearing. We were allowed to browse ourselves (always a bonus) before she offered any assistance. She was very helpful and considered carefully all our specific requirements. We never once felt under pressure to make a purchase. She offered us a hot drink which was very welcome and eventually we deceived on a very well priced Sealy mattress that fitted all our needs perfectly. I would definatly shop at Dreams again. And would recommend to friends and family.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Steve, he made us feel welcolme and we found his product knowledge to be very good. Steve put as at ease and did not crowd us while we were looking but was available when we had questions. When we decided to make our purchase we were offered a coffee whilst the paperwork was completed. I work for Great Western Trains where customer service is at the forefront of everything we do and the customer service that Steve provided was amazing. We will definately make 'Dreams' our first call when we need any bedroom furniture in the future, I would be more than happy to reccommend 'Dreams' to my family and friends.
