The staff member Elizabeth went out of her way for me. Couldn't have been any more helpful, knowledgeable or polite. No faults to be found at all and didn't feel rushed, pushed or inconvenienced in any way. A real pleasure buying the bed.

The sales assistant Lucy at Truro went out of her way to help a called several other stores to locate a product they had sold out of and when I went to the Torquay branch to collect it they also were very helpful.

We were please with the friendly and efficient service. Particularly helpful was the quick delivery.

Steve was excellent gave great advice and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. It is a shame there was not enough stock of mattress protectors otherwise I would have spent more money.
