The lovely lady that helped me chose was the reason I gave it hi marks. She made the hole thing really easy . I put my order in and getting it within a few days . Very happy

I was approached quite quickly after entering the store and was shown the divan bed I was interested in. The sales person was very competent and my order was quickly completed. The delivery dates I was offered were all quite quick.

I was given time to discuss all my need and felt I was treated in a professional and friendly manner.

The shop assistants were all busy with other customers, but we were quite happy to choose ourselves as we had done a bit of research first and new what we were looking for . The lady that served as the desk was really nice and cheerful . We ordered on Tuesday and had delivery Thursday . The delivery drivers were very efficient, couldn't believe they had a 4 hour drive here !

The store had a large range to choose from. The assistant we had (Stephen in Torquay store) was extremely helpful and explained the differences between the beds clearly and concisely. He was never "pushy" and made us feel relaxed at all times.

The lady who served us was displayed excellent customer service.

natalie was very understanding of my needs and was able to guide me to what i was looking for! overall very satisfied with her help
