The shop assistant was helpful but not pushy and seemed to understand our requirements and sympathized with our concerns. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of the bed types and left us to decide. Very pleased with the level of services and hoping the bed we chose will be suitable

As soon as we entered the store in Torquay,we were greeted by a very polite assistant,who said look around,and then we can discuss your needs,and work out a quote,and after our choice,we decided to purchase,and were led to the payment desk,and offered a complimentry hot drink,giving the assistant time to set up the order,which took aprox 10 minutes.

A large selection in store and a very helpful assistant that was helpful but not pushy. Also your exchange policy if we didn't like the mattress. We had just walked out the bed company opposite because they didn't offer this service

To ask me to comment on the quality of the items I have bought is not really relevant. I cannot answer the question until I receive the items. Elizabeth, the lady that served us was very patient as I took a long time to make a decision

Steve that served us gave us a bit of time on our own to discuss things and while we did this he offered us a cup of coffee.

We were highly satisfied because the staff were helpful but not trying to force a sale and when we asked for help and information Stephen made us feel like we were the only ones in the store,very informative and asked all the right questions and from there he guided us to the bed and mattress which we have purchased.
