I knew what we where looking for and also what I did not want I was delighted with the assistance knowledge of the product we where looking for. We placed the order and Elizabeth was more than helpful me asking questions all the time. Elizabeth was very pleasant all the time and answered all our questions. ALso other members of staff who approached us what very polite offering there services. We have had a very bad experience before and we knew we had to get thus right and hopeful when our delivery comes we will be able to prove it .

Shop assistant was very helpful.

Natalie who served us was lovely and very helpful. Kindly got our daughter a juice, let our baby daughter sleep on a bed. Over all great experience on buying a long term bed.

We came in last year and were served by Natalie and this year we required a new mattress for another bed and Natalie served us again and remembered us. Very helpful but not trying to hard sell, the price was a good price for what we wanted and she directed us to the type of mattress that we were looking for straight away and didn't try to sell us the most expensive bed in the shop and then work down to what we actually wanted, she just pitched at the right level. She was nicely spoken and well presented.

Bought a bed last year and were treated really well so went back to buy another bed for my daughter this year because of the first experience and received exactly the same service, didn't bother shopping around just went straight to dreams!
