Dreams - Torquay

I have never bought at Dreams before, so I was interested to see how the experience was any different from other large stores where I have bought similar items. I was quickly shown what signalled a hard mattress which was what I was looking for and was left to choose without being pestered, which can be very annoying. The assistant returned to check on us and we were then able to discuss any special requirements and finally ordered what we wanted with no fuss and a cup of coffee. I was very impressed.

Steve, the salesman, was great. Very good product knowledge, attentiveness and humour. I have come here to give him recognition - not to win a prize.

Staff were pleasant, attentive, understanding, patient and we didnt feel hurried in making a decision. There was no hard sell and they seemed to want us to make a good decision that we were happy with. The store was spacious and light and there was no background music which was good.

Very efficient salesperson (Natalie). She was helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and most importantly, did not pressure us to make a purchase. In all, an enjoyable stress-free experience.

The assistant, Elizebeth, who helped us was extremely welcoming and mad us all feel quite at ease. This was one of the main reasons we went ahead with the purchase

Assistant listened to what we required, advised and showed us the various options available, invited us to try out the mattress for comfort etc. Offered the item we selected at a very competitive price and arranged for delivery within four days.

The colour coding and detailed explanation from Steve was really helpful. it made looking for our mattress much less stressful. The location was easy to find following the online directions, which was great as we did not know the area well.

I replaced my old Tempur mattress with a new one, Elizabeth dealt with me. The mattress arrived today on time. I have been trying to contact them on the phone but it is proving difficult, I have managed leave a message today but so far no call back. R Dunbar
