From my first Phone call to the Torquay store Natalie was extremely knowledgeable about the product range and when we visited the store she was very good with help choosing our complete purchase.

The salesperson we were dealt with was very helpful and not pushy and gave great advicce

I found that your colleague Steve went out of his way to find the best kind of bed for me and made me feel good

Very pleasant team nothing too much bother was offered a coffee. Lady seemed to have excellent knowledge of products and nothing seemed to much bother as we dillied and dallied between products. All in all a satisfying experience with Torquay staff members who are courteous and well informed.

Our assistant Elizabeth had excellent customer service skills. She gave clear advice which was easy to understand, she was pleasant and never became impatient. She offered and made us a cup of coffee, and nothing was too much trouble. I would seek her out again or advise my friends to ask for her when in the store. She also didn't try to oversell or try to get us to buy the mist expensive product, but advised on our needs once we explained.

On entering the store was asked if we wanted help and not pounced upon. We had a lot of trouble deciding what we wanted out of two mattresses and Natalie was very patient with us, giving us as much information as she could to help us.

When we arrived we were not pressurised, and when we needed help it was there. We spent time trying several mattresses and went back and forth until we found what we wanted, staff being very patient. On deciding what we wanted was offered a cup of coffee whilst dealing with the details. The after care of delivery and hoping everything was well with us was excellent.

Everything was friendly and expertly taken care of. The staff were really good and did everything I expected. Well done to them.

Really good overall experience. We were greeted straight away when we walked in the store by Steve. Explained what we looking for and were then given a range of options to look at, try out and discuss further, etc. Steve was spot on with the options he suggested and with his advice. We then had to leave the store to pick children up from school, but Steve informed us that they would be open until 6pm that evening and would be more than happy if we returned with the children to look at everything again. We returned as planned, met Steve again. Looked at options, agreed which products we had decided on and agreed the price we would be paying, etc. We then had a very pleasant cup of coffee (and hot chocolate for the children) whilst we sorted paperwork and arranged the delivery date. Everything was very smoothly done. No "over the top" sales pressure from Steve, just the right amount of advice & support whilst we were making our minds up - exactly what we wanted when we walked in. All in all a very enjoyable process!
