Extremely friendly and efficient staff

I believe the sales assistant Steve to be knowledgeable about the products on offer. He did not over sell and gave me plenty of time and space in which to make my decision. He went though step by step which bed I had decided apon so I was in no doubt which bed I was purchasing. I was offered refreshments and no question was left unanswered. A very friendly but professional experience.

We were particularly impressed with the assistant that served us. She took time to explain how the beds were colour coded. There were protectors for your feet and pillows on the beds to try them. We looked in other stores and they had fancy cushions on the beds which made it difficult to lie down as if you were going to sleep. All in all our visit to your store was made better by the helpfulness of your assistance Natalie.

Your assistant at the Torquay store, Steve, was very helpful & knowledgeable. However, he didn't pester us and allowed us to look at our leisure, but was available when we needed help.

We were given a range of helpful,specific and guiding advice that catered the needs of my fiance and I. I visited dreams,the torquay branch, 3 times over the course of 3 days as this was my first bed and mattress purchase ever made and I wanted to ensure I was getting what was right for me, especially as I am a first time (young) buyer and the mattress I liked was rather pricey. The staff member dealing with my purchase was Steve and I cannot praise his kindness and helpfulness enough. Upon every visit,Steve was helpful and accommodating,offering teas and coffees each time. He provided useful information regarding mattresses and gave me sufficient time to select the mattress for me. He talked me through my order and I came away with an excellence bed,mattress,pillows,duvet,a mattress guarantee and a mattress protector. Steve helped my mother and I to the car with our products. I can honestly say that the customer care that I received was above and beyond that which I had experienced in other bed shops. This is the reason I have already advised others to shop in your torquay dreams branch. Thank you Steve!

Our second purchase from Dreams. We were so pleased with the first we returned knowing we would get exactly what we wanted at a good price. In addition the staff are knowledge helpful and extremely friendly .

I'm Mrs Mccormack daughter as my mum is in a wheel chair we found the shop wheel chair friendly, the gentlemen who dealt with are order very helpful as we needed to fine a low bed for my mum and he aloud us to try different mattresses to get the right height.
