We were very impressed with the service we got from your sales person Steve at your Torquay branch. He stayed on later than the opening hours as we were still going through the paperwork. We found Steve to be very friendly, courteous and professional.

The member of staff was very helpful and in no way did he rush us or make us feel uncomfortable. We were given all the information that we needed.

We were allowed time to browse, staff were helpful and friendly and remembered us on our return visit. Ordering was quick and efficient. Although it wasn't a large store there was some variety of sofa beds but could have been a larger selection. Delivery time was a little longer than normal but reasons were given and an apology which was beyond their control. We would visit again to shop.

We have always had a Harrisson mattress and were delighted to find one at Dreams. It would have been nice to have had a discount but that was not available.The assistant was very knowledgeable, very patient and courteous.

I had a successful online chat with Sahira the day before entering the store, so I knew what we needed. Magnus at the Torguay store was welcoming and knowledgeable about the mattress we required, and told us about the two options. We tried them and made our choice, paid effortlessly and left. No problem

We were greeted by Steve who asked if he could help. We told him that we were looking for a new mattress. He was helpful, friendly and took us around to see all the options whilst explaining the different types. He was obviously very conversant and an expert on all the goods for sale. Steve was a pleasure to deal with and at no time was he pushy but a total professional friendly salesperson.
