The salesman, Steven I think, was very knowledgeable and gave lots of really helpful advice. A couple of times he must have seen us looking a bit confused, so wandered over gently to help out and answer any questions we had. He encouraged us to try the beds and really tried to get to know exactly what we were looking for. Once we decided on our new bed the purchase was very straightforward, he also explained the warranty in detail. Overall it was a good experience and i would certainly recommend Dreams to any of my friends looking to purchase a new bed or bedroom furniture

The Sales Assistant who talked to me about the bed I wanted to buy was friendly and knowledgeable. She processed my order quickly and explained payment options. She was understanding and helpful regarding my situation (not having a moving date for my new property) and she remembered my face the next time I went in to book a delivery date. The store was clean and light.

we walked into the store and received a warm but not over bearing welcome, Steve explained the colour coding for the mattress's and left us to look around, but responded quickly when ask a question, he encouraged us to get the full feel of the beds by lying down, made us a good hot drink, and allowed us to make up our minds, and was very helpful

It was a pleasure to go into a shop and get proper service, very friendly and professional help. We were given good advice but without any pressure just good old fashioned service will definitely return if and when we need any more bed related products I would highly recommend this store.

Natalie, the sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She pitched her interaction with us perfectly, we felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the time we were making the purchase.

Upon entering the store I was welcomed by a lovely lady called Natalie....she greeting me with big smile and a very thoughtful hello . As we moved around the store and before we laid down on any bed she offered me a pillow to carry around with me. She said it was my pillow while in store, I thought this was terrific. As we went round she was knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in.when we funnily made our decision she offered us a lovely got drink and that relaxed us so much.....all in all Natalie in my eyes is a superstar as her way with customers is second to none.

Excellent personal attention, was even given a coffee after joking 'mines two sugars' before trying out various mattresses. Impressed not only by the professional competence of the sales manager but by the efficiency and friendly contribution of the secretary.

The lady who served us was amazing. Her name was Natalie. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, thoughtful, - perfect. We were so impressed that we returned 2 days later and purchased a bed for our son.

The assistant concerned Natalie was friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy but confident of the products that she was selling. If I had something I needed to sell I would pick her to do it!
