Very happy with the help we had off Stephen and the mattress analysis machine they had at store

Turned up looking for a mattress and bed frame. Steve kindly showed us around the store, we did the mattress test on arrival to see what suited us and then tried out lots before finding the one we wanted to purchase.

Great service from staff and particularly the lady who helped us to chose our mattress. Very professional service and friendly. Really helpful using the device to establish which type of mattress would be best suited to us.

We were served by Steve who was extremely helpful. First he had us lie on the dignostic bed and then led us through to try out a range of beds listening to our feedback and enabling us to find the bed that was right for us. He was very knowledgeable about the products and did not rush us at all to make a decision. He even persuaded us to take out 'Bedcover'. All in all an excellent experience with a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person.

Jenny in the Torquay was brilliant and very knowledgable and friendly. We went into the shop with a very active and curious 2 year old, thinking we wouldn’t be purchasing anything that day as we’d probably have to leave. Jenny was super accommodating to our little one and it allowed us to take some time to look at different beds and mattresses.

We were quickly welcomed when we entered the store and then helped to focus on what type of mattress would be suitable for us. The choice available was wide and each option was clearly outlined and described by Jenny who clearly knew about each product.
