Dreams - Torquay

This is the second bed we've bought from Dreams, and on both occasions, a lovely sales assistant called Natalie, assisted us. Her product knowledge and delightful manner helped us to reach a conclusion as to which bed and headboard to buy. We had previously visited Benson for Beds, where we'd felt under pressure from the salesman and so decided not to buy. Natalie remembered us from our first visit to Dreams, and made us feel most welcome. We sat down and had a cup of tea, discussed our options, then confirmed the sale. All in all, it was a pleasurable experience. We would definitely choose Dreams and Natalie, again, should we need another bed.

I visited the store a year ago and got great information with Steve, the manager, who spent a lot of time with me. I went back this week when I knew he was on duty as he deserved my custom. A very friendly store, where staff helpful but not pushy. would buy my next bed from there. Thanks Steve and all at Torquay branch.

We went in for advice on beds, and Stephen explained in detail the various options that were available to us and gave us plenty of time on our own to think about and digest all this information. He answered all our questions very competently and in the end we made our purchase and now look forward to receiving our new bed at the beginning of next month. Very satisfied customer!

When we entered the store, we were asked, very politely, if we needed any assistance. The assistant did not jump up from their desk and approach us, as happens in other shops, so we did not feel intimidated or pressurised in any way. We declined any help because we wanted to browse on our own. We found a bed and a mattress that was suitable and went back to the desk. The assistant asked if we had found something suitable and kindly offered us to sit down and have a hot drink. We described what we had chosen and the assistant immediately knew from our description which bed base and mattress we had chosen. She was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what we had selected. She asked if the bed was to be used every day or just occasionally and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the mattress and offered alternatives. We were also offered an extended warranty for the mattress along with a mattress protector but again we felt we were not pressurised in any way. The delivery offered was only one week which pleased us, too

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and spent time understanding what we wanted before being able to suggest suitable beds and mattresses.

the customer service manager who assisted us had a wide range of products and could see we were debating which product to choose, he gave us plenty of time to consider our options and gave us plenty of variety. he understood our circumstances and was very polite. he went above and beyond to help us.

I went to buy a bed, the sales staff let us wonder around for a bit and try the beds before they ask if they could help. This I found much better than being jumped on straight away. Elizabeth (sale staff) helped me find a bed and even changed the mattress over (with help from her colleague) from different divan bases, so that I could test the mattress out. I found that they were helpful and informative on the bed we chose. They ask if we would like a drink while filling out the paperwork, which was efficient and quick, they even gave us some free pillows to take home. Cant wait until we receive the bed.

Steve approached us and we explained our needs. We had initially intended to buy one mattress for our Son, but down to the helpful nature, product knowledge and friendly nature of Stephen we ended up buying two! This gentleman was genuinely interested in our needs and gave us the opportunity of trying mattresses he thought would suit us. He even let us try the mattresses with appropriate pillows. In truth we had intended to try Bensons for Beds as well as they are a few minutes away from Dreams-but having been in the Dreams store and being served by Steve-why would we go anywhere else?
