We were given time to browse without inference but knew there were staff on hand to help out. The assistant that helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us with our purchase

customer assistant Elizabeth served me and went out of her way to be helpful and constructive in her advice. She was pleasant and polite put me at my ease but was not over persuasive and left me to make up my own mind which I respect in an assistant. Abn over enthusiastic person can put me off purchasing.

The member of staff that helped us today was extremely helpful and helped us make the right decision without putting pressure on us! We were able to look around as long as we wanted and were quickly dealt with when we needed help.

This is my third purchase from this store, once I find somewhere I am happy with I stay loyal, however if I am not satisfied I will never shop there again. Also I tell everyone if I am happy or not, I do usually have an idea as to what I want so don't always need advice but I know if I do I can get it

I explained the issues I was having with my current mattress and the Sales Rep recommended a firm mattress for me and suggested that I lie on it for a while to make sure that I did not experience any pain in my back, hips and shoulder. Straight away I knew the mattress was the one for me, but just to make sure, the Sales Rep recommended that I try a medium and a very firm mattress; this highlighted that the first choice was the right one.
