I thought Elizabeth was attentive to my needs, she seemed to know exactly what l was looking for, despite my poor use of the English language. And at a price that was most acceptable. She also made great coffee.

We have just moved house to a new area and were in desperate need of a new bed Elizebeth the sales lady let us have a look around the store before approaching us and asking about our needs. she listened to what we required and helped us choose what we wanted she gave us a great deal and even allowed me to haggle with out getting annoyed at me for constantly asking for free items and discounts. Myself and my wife received a fantastic service from Elizebeth and she made our bed buying a pleasure. Thank you very much Elizebeth and Dreams. A++++++ service.

The Sales Rep Natalie was very good at her job. She was knowledgeable, natural and very helpful. In her remarks with order to cust. Services she said she would ask for the earliest delivery date (due to my need for bed asap (serious help issues)). Also the issue if bed is too noisy I can get a refund and bed taken away. Looking forward to my new bed..

Natalie who served us was very helpful and very knowledgable about products pointing out the differences between the different mattresses. We advised her that my partner has fibromyalgia and we needed a very comfortable mattress, which Natalie advised us on. Overall it was a very pleasant experience shopping in your Torquay store. Can't wait for it to be delivered... :)

Salesperson Natalie was exceptional. She could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to offer solutions to our queries, we wanted a high bed so we can see the sea view from our bedroom window. We wanted minimal movement when either of us got in or out of bed, as we get older we may need to get up in the night. We wanted heat control as my husband gets very warm and I am at the time of life experiencing hot flushes! We wanted pillows that helped with heat control. We wanted 400 thread count bedding. She was not pushy, she allowed us time to discuss and decide, she even made us a cup of tea! Since getting home, we have wished that we could get a therapeutic mattress protector cover which does not seem available. We have not received our bed yet but hope the delivery service will be as professional as Natalies service.
