I knew exactly what I wanted when I entered the store and told Steve the sales rep what I was looking for. He guided me to the product I wanted answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and didnt try to sell me something i didnt want.

We were looking for a replacement mattress for a 'spare' bed. We were welcomed on entry to the store and the firmness colour coding was explained to us as well as the layout of products in the store. We were then allowed to freely browse through the store (an unusual facility it seems in these days of 'pressure' selling !). We were obviously being watched as as soon as we found a mattress of interest the gentleman who originally greeted us came to help. He explained the positives of the mattress and it's probable suitability for our purpose as well as pointing out the sale price saving. Very impressed with the service we received and ordered the mattress.

We have visited your shop many times and bought all our beds and mattresses from you and have always found the staff to be most helpful we love coming to your shop we also get offered coffee, hot chocolate and a biscuit. Great
