Excellent customer service, helpful, knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. Natalie understood our shopping style and met our expectations. THe store had a good range of products which made it easy to feel confident that we had seen a wide enough range of products to go ahead and order .

The prices were keen the quality of the product was good but above all the attention given by the sales assistant [Elizebeth] was first rate , attentive without being overpowering a credit to herself and dreams.

I am writing this for my mom Staff were really friendly and helpful, they had the guest bed my mom wanted, i would also like to say that the two delivery men who came Luke and Kyle were a real credit to Dreams, they let my mom know when they were coming and not only did they carry the items into the spare room but were more than happy to show my mom how to put the legs up on the guest bed. They also put the bed together for my mom and took away the rubbish. Please pass on a thank you to them both as i said before both guys a real credit to you.

Natalie who served me was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, polite and able to answer all my queries. She helped me find the bed and mattress most suitable for my needs.

The Dreams Colleague who assisted us had excellent product knowledge and gave us plenty of time and encouraged us to lie on all the different types of Tempur mattress. He explained about the different bed bases and helped us to select the best one for our needs. He even got us trying out the pillows and ended up with two of those as well.

The sales assistant, Elizabeth was most helpful & couldn't do enough.

Natalie was lovely and so helpful in finding what we needed. When the bed we first wanted wasn't available she phoned to say it wasn't on the system and to let us know about the 10% off offer which we took advantage of when deciding on a new bed which again Natalie helped us with.

Apart from a cluttered store, we found the service and knowledge of Steve to be outstanding. A negative is the quality of the furniture ie wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Elizabeth was great, she understood exactly what we wanted and helped us choose what was best for us! Very efficient even had a coffee whilst placing our order. Totally pain free would highly recommend this store to anyone buying a new bed. Thankyou dreams for our dream bed!
