The sales assistant was very helpful and explained in detail what was available and suitable for my needs I was very satisfied with the overall experience,and would not hesitate to visit the store too make further purchases when necessary in the future

The staff member was very helpful and instantly seemed to understand exactly what I required, I'm very particular about mattresses due to a back problem. She also was very friendly and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want

We went to Bensons to purchase a sofa bed, felt they did the 'hard sell' too much. Walked over to Dreams to look at sofa beds and bought a bed for our daughter instead. We have a very small window for the delivery of the item as my husband works oversea, but this posed no problem. We also live quite a distance from the store, still no problem. Both staff members put us at our ease and we had a lovely chat about the local airshows while our order was being processed. Order arrived on the proper date with a call before hand. As I was away and left my 70 yr old mother to take collection and she has sung the two mens praises as being so polite, moving items around so things would fit with smiles on their faces - a rare thing nowadays
